This restaurant is almost hidden as it is not close to city center which is absolutely a plus. The food was great, I would suggest you to try frico and ham rolls with horseradish. (Mixed salami I do not recommend) I had a steak with iberico pig lardo, but lardo wasn't so good as I expected it to be maybe little crispy for some reason. Dessert was excellent and I would suggest it (mille foglie with pistachio cream).

Excellent almost home made tasting food. Huge variety of meat dishes. We had a wonderful local white wine - semi dry. Excellent service.

The highlight of our stay in Nimis! Delicious dinner — we had ravioli and Frico, a local quiche of sorts with potato and cheese. Rich and divine. The outdoor seating was beautiful especially with the old church across the street. The perfect rustic restaurant to enjoy the countryside.
Nice place for dinner especially if you are looking for traditional Friulano food and wine. The place looks traditional with outdoor and indoor tables. The service is friendly and familiar. There are enought parking placese just in front, around the church.
For Mr. Lorenzon, hopefully I spelled his name correctly. There are laws of gravity and laws of common sense...if you order a second dish before a first dish it is highly unlikely that time will reverse. If you are unhappy with the service I would strongly suggest you focus on why they treated you poorly. Simply stated, if you pay for dinner and you don’t like the sequence of events your only option is to turn back time...and when you figure that one out please let me know, I’ll invest!
